Childrens Education and Development Fun are holding a 5K FUN RUN in Irishtown Stadium on Friday 5th of April. This Fun Run is to help raise fund our newly opened Secondary School in Masaka, Uganda.
The Irish Red Cross has launched the ‘Sunrise Summit Challenge’, a brand new charity adventure which will simultaneously take place at ten mountain locations across Ireland. The Sunrise Summit Challenge will see participants hike through the early morning darkness on April 14th.
The National Lunar Walk Series in aid of Diabetes Ireland has Lunar Walks taking place in Galway on the Thurs 25th April 2013. Other walks in the series take place in Waterford, Cork and Dublin. These events vary from 10km midweek walks to our 20km/30km walks.
Ronnie Whelan is taking on the challenge of walking from Cork to Galway from 31st May to 4th June for Myasthenia Gravis Association. Ronnie, with celebrity friends and volunteers, will walk 126 miles starting in Cork and finish in Galway City Centre. Are you up to it?

Discover the spectacular countryside and coastline of the South West on the DEBRA Ireland Kerry Challenge 14th June 2013. Runners and walkers will be given the option of two routes each morning averaging 10-15km and 20-25km, making this event suitable for all levels of fitness.
Trailtrekker 2013 takes place on Sat 15th June -Gather your team of three to six people together and raise vital funds in this fun event that finishes with a big party in Carlingford. Choose from a 25km or a more challenging 50km route.
