Yogalates is a flow movement system that combines Yoga and Pilates. It is a strenuous technique that involves the strengthening and stretching of all.
This is a fitness style of Pilates fused with some yoga that is suitable for the general and athletic population. This unique class is designed to streamline the body while increasing flexibility, balance and strength. The emphasis on Pilates focuses on developing the deep stabilizing muscles of the torso and strengthening core abdominal muscles. While the touch of yoga facilitates breathing, stretch and feel. The full body is covered, leaving you feeling toned and flexible.
Instructor Introduction: Rainny is fully qualified Pilates and Yoga instructor with more than nine years’ experience in America, China, Hong Kong, and Ireland. Her classes are challenging, creative and dynamic with emphasis on breathing and alignment all the while keeping the pace invigorating. The intention of every class is to cultivate strength, develop awareness and help find balance physically and mentally.
